Self Awareness
I had a gread dinner with Michael Hamman this evening. During it we talked about many things having to do with personal development. I realized afterwards that there have been two very important instances when I consciously changed myself. The first, between grades ten and eleven I decided I needed to be more outgoing and to meet people... and proceded to do that. The second, in my early twenties, I realized thanks to the quote truthfulness is the foundation of all human virtues, that I was a habitual liar and that I had better stop... and so I did. Both transformations were difficult and exhilirating.
