Pics of our new house.

Melanie has put up some pictures of our new house on her website. There's not many there yet, but she intends on adding lots, I think.

Two Days of Good Workouts

I went the the gym today and yesterday, both without appointments with my personal trainer. I'm getting accustomed to doing so. When I go, I tend to focus on cardio stuff: stationary bikes, treadmill, elliptical and only a small amount on other stuff: crunches, and a little arm work. I also managed to work out a bit this past weekend. We all went to Sudbury to visit with my mom, my grandma Senyk, and my aunt Gloria. We stayed at a hotel and I went to the gym both mornings (although only for a very short cardio workout). I'm eating slightly better, but still not great... I've got a week left to lose at least five pounds. Ug!

Losing Weight - 211 lbs this morning

Getting better. Slower than I had hoped... but better nevertheless. I've only got about 12 days left till my commitment has to be fulfilled... it's gonna be tough!

I Just Went to See a Movie

I saw "Mr. and Mrs. Smith" with Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie. It was quite fun. Last week I saw an absolutely amazing movie: "Crash". Go see it in the Theatre. It is intense. Great acting, amazing story, deeply insightful and moving. Don't see it if you aren't interested in a serious movie.

Going Home Tonight

Finally! I really missed my family this week. This weekend is going to be incredibly busy: kids' lessons, I've got a meeting with some Toronto agile folks, there's a Baha'i community meeting at our house, regular weekend stuff (groceries, prep for travel, cleaning), digging holes for trees in our yard.
