Working with Bell
The last eight days, my web sites and email have been unavailable due to an error in wiring made by my ISP, Bell Canada. This has been a source of great frustration to me. Finally, after many hours on the phone, and with assistance from management at Bell, the mistake was rectified earlier this evening. Thanks to those at Bell who helped out in overcoming the bureaucracy of trying to deal with isolated functional groups (tech support, testing and technicians). In particular I would like to thank Robert, Patrick, Todd and Brian who over the course of today probably spend several hours altogether assisting me.
